Hampton Inn by Hilton New Paltz

For a budget hotel this is great, clean, quality rooms and building. The staff is phenomenal, very friendly and service is great. Well staffed.

Rooms were nice and well maintained, however I was cold no matter what I put the heater on. Location is good because its close to everything without being too much in the middle of everything. It is kind of hard to get into and out of as the entrance is close to an intersection.

The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is really good. You can make your own waffles. They usually have hot plate options like scrambled eggs, Bacon and potatoes. To be honest, the only issue I have with the room is that the bathroom door does not fully close. They are on a track that is outside the bathroom and have exposed gaps on both sides. This would not be an issue if I was alone but I was not. On top of that the bathroom has no vent you can turn on. So no noise to block out “bathroom sounds”. If this does not bother you then I highly recommend this place.

I would live there if I could, lol. The hotel was the best. Clean and beautiful. The staff was super nice and helpful. The gym was very modern and had a beautiful pool. Breakfast, I can't, lol. Eggs, bacon, cereal, waffles, oatmeal with different toppings. Did I forget coffee, , tea, and hot chocolate , available 24 hours. Close to everything. Good price. Best place ever!

We're avid traveler's and have stayed in numerous hotels over the years. This hotel is 5 star + IMMACULATE!! From the minute we checked in ,we were both pleasantly surprised!! Indoor swimming pool , awesome staff.The young lady in the early morning elody was beyond pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was like nothing we've ever seen!! Kudos to whoever is overseeing this Hotel .Great job !! Don't even look any further if you plan on staying in this area. Thank you !

I've learned to manage my expectations with hotels and the service they provide. All I ask now is that it is clean. My hotel room was CLEAN! Which is so unusual. I had no complaints. Rooms need to be refreshed but i couldn't complain. It Breakfast was orderly n neat. Friendly hosts. There are things walls but not sure if I'm 109 is next to their offices. Very restful n peaceful 1-night stay.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff and the hotel itself was very clean and neat! Breakfast in am was good. Pool could be a tad warmer, that is why we picked this place-it could have been more comfortable to swim in. Overall great stay.

First let me say, Kenny is an ultra fine gentleman of Hospitality as well as the ladies that were very busy *as well as Kenny* during check out. *they deserve a shout out too!* Upon Check in the day earlier, I was greeted by Kenny, he explained everything so quickly and check in was the easiest possible with ID verification. The rooms, spotless, I work in an industry that sees a lot of hotel rooms in various locations and these were super clean and well maintained. The location is great, walkable to supermarkets, a movie theater, a fantastic cannabis dispensary, and many restaurants and coffee shops and gas stations, etc. I give this a resounding 5 star review, I will definitely be booking here when returning to the area in the future. Thank you for the great stay, will recommend to friends as well! See you next time!
